Handmade Jewellery and Variations
All jewellery is handmade, and minor variations in design, color, and details can occur due to the nature of the crafting process.
Please note that these variations are part of what makes each piece unique. Furthermore, colors shown on the website may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Payment
Anja Eriksen Goldsmith accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Amount Reserved
When using a debit or credit card, an amount will be reserved at the time of purchase. This amount is reserved until the webshop processes and ships your order.
The reserved amount will be withdrawn from your account when the order is dispatched. The reservation period may vary depending on the product or service.
Debit Card Authorization
When using a debit card, you will see the reserved amount on your account, and your available balance will appear lower.
If you or the webshop cancels the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reserved amount may still appear on your account for some time.
Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel this reservation.
Credit Card Authorization
The payment will be withdrawn from your account once the webshop processes your order.
The transaction will then appear in your bank overview.
All prices on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currency for pricing: Danish Kroner (DKK).
Anja Eriksen Goldsmith uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be accessed by third parties. The website also uses SSL encryption for secure browsing.
Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 2-6 weeks, depending on the product chosen. Shipment times may vary, as all jewellery is handmade and made to order.
If your item appears to be damaged during shipping, please contact ae@anjaeriksen.com immediately.
For exchanges of faulty items upon delivery, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please notify us via email before returning the item.
You can choose to pick up your order (by appointment only) or have it delivered to your home or a pickup point.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment, allowing you to track the delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
Anja Eriksen Goldsmith offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that 1) bespoke items, meaning those not listed as specific products on the webshop and 2) products with price on request, cannot be returned, as they are custom-made jewellery.
To withdraw from the purchase, you must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us. To use your right of withdrawal, please email ae@anjaeriksen.com, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any decrease in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functionality.
This means you should handle the item as you would in a physical store. If the item is used beyond this, it may be considered used and have decreased value. In this case, only part or none of the purchase amount will be refunded.
Anja Eriksen Goldsmith will assess the condition of the item.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
Complaints regarding defects must be made within a reasonable period after receiving the goods. A reasonable period is considered within two months unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs for returns due to defects.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling or abnormal use. Anja Eriksen Goldsmith covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
When returning items, please contact us by e-mail and we'll guide you on how to return.

All content on the website, including images, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent from Anja Eriksen Goldsmith is strictly prohibited.
Right to Complain
If you wish to file a complaint about goods purchased from us, please contact our customer service.
You can also submit a complaint to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, or online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
Complaints are only possible for items costing between DKK 1,100 and DKK 100,000. For clothing and shoes, the minimum price is DKK 720.
These limits may be subject to change. A fee applies for processing the complaint.
You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You can submit your complaint here: http://ec-europa.eu/odr.
